We want you to love your ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your Tatcha purchase, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 90 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Ritual

  Safely package the items in their original box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the products are secure for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location. Once received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
